Adiv Zabari-Morgenstern joins Grexel as Business Coordinator

Adiv Zabari-Morgenstern started as our new business coordinator in the beginning of July. He has an international background and a diverse professional background that pulls together business and technical.

“Diving in into a new industry is never an easy transition. The lingo, the stakeholders, the workload, and the learning curve in general are always challenging. However, after a month with Grexel, I can say with confidence that I consider myself lucky. I find myself taking more and more responsibility and I love it. And although there is a lot of information to take in, my new colleagues are amazing. Always ready to share their knowledge and experience, of which they have plenty”, Adiv says with a smile.

Adiv finds green transition and sustainability related themes motivating both professionally and personally:

“In this day and age, we are all somehow conscious about the environment and our impact on it. We ask ourselves, what can we do to make things better? What can just one person do? I always tried to combine my work with a contribution for a better future. When I learned about Grexel involvement GO’s, my enthusiasm levels went through the roof. Suddenly, even my electricity contract had a completely different meaning. Working at Grexel, aiding the process of giving end consumers the choice of clean energy might be a small screw in the machine that drives towards a clean energy world, but it is where I find my motivation. Grexel is part of the solution, and I am more than excited to join the ride”, he comments.

Also Grexel’s CEO Markus Klimscheffskij is excited to have Adiv on board:
“It’s an immense privilege to get Adiv on board! His genuine enthusiasm to learn about this new topic and to strive for a cleaner world has impressed us in the first month. Adiv also comes with a long work experience in both business and IT, having worked at private and public sectors as well as an entrepreneur. He certainly has the potential to grow as an expert in the energy certification field, serving our customers and managing projects in the years to come. We are happy to have him on the team.”

Adiv comes from a multilingual background. His native languages are Hebrew and German, but he’s also fluent in English. When he is not in the office, he likes to keep himself updated with news from the aviation industry and dabbles in light mechanics.

Within a year he expects to be involved with varied tasks across Grexel’s operations. He trusts his growth-mindset combined with his understanding and genuine interest in technology will help him succeed at Grexel.
