At Grexel, employees are our most important resource. We take several measures to ensure our employees are happy at work and able to learn and evolve as professionals.

We encourage the use of flexible working hours and remote work for a better work-life balance. To ensure inclusiveness in our diverse team, our working language is English. We build systematic opportunities for professional development and growth through our Grexel Academy. In 2019 each Grexel employee used roughly 10 working days on developing their skills. Naturally, we also provide occupational health care to ensure and maintain the health of our employees.

Additionally, we help our employees be sustainable. All full-time employees are offered commuter tickets for public transport in Helsinki area. Also, all employees’ home electricity use is greened every year by Grexel using Guarantees of Origin.
