Grexel to provide Guarantee of Origin registry services to Latvia

Grexel is happy to announce new co-operation with AS “Augstsprieguma tīkls” (AST). After winning a public tender, Grexel will provide AST with a central registry for power Guarantees of Origin.

“Latvia is a new market area for us and we are very proud to start working together with AST and to provide them with the leading registry platform for Guarantees of Origin”, says Marko Lehtovaara, CEO of Grexel Ltd.

Latvia starts as a domain in the CMO.grexel registry service. As this new system is EECS compatible, it enables Latvia to join the European Guarantees of Origin market through AIB hub, already this year.

AST will start using Grexel operated registry already during the second half of 2020.
