Grexel, part of the EEX Group, has been entrusted by Finnish TSO Gasgrid* to establish a modern Guarantees of Origin (GOs)** registry platform for Biogas and Hydrogen in Finland. Operational since April 2022, this milestone underscores Grexel’s position as the leading energy certificate registry provider in Europe.
Seamless Integration
The registry services for Hydrogen and Biogas are facilitated by G-REX, a solution developed by Grexel, drawing upon their two decades of expertise in providing registry services. Not only is the platform seamlessly designed to navigate complex regulatory requirements, but it is also custom-tailored to meet customer demands for an efficient and user-friendly experience.
Compliance with EU Directives
The deployment of the GO registry aligns with the rigorous standards set forth by the European Union, encompassing compliance with the European Energy Certificate System (EECS) and the Directive on Renewable Energy (RED II).
