We are delighted to share that we have successfully migrated all of our customers to the G-REX platform within the past year.

Grexel’s new solution G-REX had a strong first year

Today G-REX hosts domains for all REDII energy carriers as well as voluntary carbon removal certificates and handles significant volumes of certificates issuance, transfer and cancellation each day. It is also connected to both AIB and ERGaR hubs.

Georgia starts issuing Guarantees of origin in 2023

Georgia starts using G-REX in January 2023. During the Energy Community-coordinated project a total of 9 registries were built by Grexel to enable the efficient implementation of Guarantees of Origin in the region. Energy Community expects additional contracts to be signed in 2023. This will enable the trading of EECS-compatible Guarantees of Origin in the participating domains.
